Job Description

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Tele Sales Executive with excellent communication and persuasion skills. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls and inbound inquiries, convert leads into appointments and sales, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to company-provided warm leads
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally

  • Convince prospects and schedule showroom visits or appointments

  • Promote products, services, and value-added upgrades over the phone

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead follow-up to deal closure

  • Maintain accurate customer data and call records using CRM systems

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability or strong willingness to meet sales targets

  • Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines efficiently

  • Customer-focused approach with a positive and energetic attitude

  • Team player with strong work ethics

  • Fluency in English is mandatory

  • Hindi is an added advantage
