Job Description
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Tele Sales Executive with excellent communication and persuasion skills. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls and inbound inquiries, convert leads into appointments and sales, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to company-provided warm leads
Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally
Convince prospects and schedule showroom visits or appointments
Promote products, services, and value-added upgrades over the phone
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead follow-up to deal closure
Maintain accurate customer data and call records using CRM systems
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Proven ability or strong willingness to meet sales targets
Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines efficiently
Customer-focused approach with a positive and energetic attitude
Team player with strong work ethics
Fluency in English is mandatory
